An interview with the International Law Society of the Australian National University.
The interview concerns my activities in connection with international law. These include my work as President of the International Commission of Jurists (1995-8); Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations for Human Rights in Cambodia (1993-6); and chair of the UN Human Rights Council's commission of inquiry on North Korea (DPRK) (2013-14).
