Statement by Michael Kirby and Johan van Vloten on retirement as Patrons of the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation

Attached to this statement is a link recorded by Michael Kirby and Johan van Vloten played at the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation (BGF) Red Ball Sydney on 18 October 2024.  Michael Kirby and Johan van Vloten have served for more than 20 years as Patrons of BGF.  Ita Buttrose AC CBE later joined them as Patron.  On their retirement in October 2024, Michael and Johan will be replaced by Hamish Macdonald.  All of these Patrons are strong supporters of the work of BGF, of Nick Lawson and his team, and of the LGBTIQ community.
