On 30 June 2022, Professor Anne Orford of the Melbourne Law School delivered the Annual Kirby Oration for the CIPL in the College of Law at the Australian National University. Michael Kirby delivered a commentary and a vote of thanks to Professor Orford. Her address related to the relationship between global intellectual property law and the right to health in a time of pandemics.
