In this interview, recorded in Seoul, Republic of Korea and published by Yonhap Newsagency in Korea, Michael Kirby reflects on the 10th anniversary of the United Nations Human Rights Council’s Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights Violations in North Korea. He chaired that COI from 2013-14. A conference to mark the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the COI and to review progress led to an interview in Seoul which is attached.
